Could you be the next Treasurer for North Midlands Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA)?
Have you got a head for numbers and enthusiasm for the ways in which horses can help people?
If so, this could be just the role for you!
We’re looking for a new Regional Treasurer to join the RDA’s North Midlands Region committee.
Do you have good financial skills
Would you like to be a part of the committee that supports RDA groups in the North Midlands (Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire)
The Regional Treasurer plays a key role in translating financial information and concepts to our committee members as well as working with the Regional Chair to develop an annual budget which reflects the committee’s plan and intentions.
You will be responsible for the sound financial organisation of the region, to ensure that financial records are maintained and that the region’s activities are financially viable:
advising and supporting the regional committee with financial planning
preparing budgets, statements of income, expenditure and assets/liabilities
attending the regional committee meetings to present relevant financial reports.
administer and record any financial transactions arising from the decisions and the actions of the regional committee.
