North Midlands RDA Regional Dressage Qualifier

Warm-up
With the exception of the times below, the indoor arena will be available only for RDA riders to warm up
Non-RDA riders will be able to use the indoor arena at the following times:
9-9.30am, 11.05-11.20am, 1-1.20pm
Course Walk
Horses can be walked around the edge of the outdoor arena at the following times:
9.30-9.50am, 11.15-11.30am, 1.10- 1.30pm
Horses must not be walked in the Dressage Arena.
Additional Information
A representative from each RDA group must report to the secretary in the Coffee Bar on arrival at Scropton.
All riders must have their hat tagged prior to mounting.
All competitors must declare to the ring steward 15 mins before their start time and be ready to compete 5 mins before their start time. Failure to do this may result in elimination.
On the day
The coffee bar will be open for refreshments all day including hot & cold drinks, bacon rolls, sandwiches, cakes & snacks
A photographer will be on site throughout the competition
Presentations
There will be a presentation for all classes will be at approximately 3pm
Parking
Lorry & Trailer parking will be in a specified area of the main car park.
Parking for other vehicles will be in a separate area of the car park, or on the paddock if weather allows. If we aren’t able to use the paddock for parking please park as close together as possible as space will be limited. Car sharing wherever possible would help with this!
